Restore your confidence with a new smile to happiness!
Using a state-of-the-art approach, we have been able to reverse the visual effects of tooth loss. Effects that can be more far reaching than functional difficulties or poor appearance alone; which may often translate to a person’s entire personality, their confidence, and self-esteem.
We strive to make a difference, being driven by our motto “A New Smile to Happiness.” With the experience of thousands of implant installations, we take pride in the results we continue to achieve.
The Speedy Bridge® is the preferred treatment if saving your teeth is not a viable or predictable option.
We recognize that patients don’t want “implants.” They come to us because they want a beautiful smile, to be able to enjoy all foods, and to enjoy their lives without worry of teeth problems.
Fewer implants are used in the Speedy Bridge® by comparison to other methods; there is an improved flexibility in the design of the teeth for optimal function, strength, and aesthetics. It also allows for simpler long term maintenance and efficient cleaning.
Speedy Bridge® approach incorporates 3D computer technology to produce a 3D printed implant guide to position the implants in the best location based on the best aesthetics, and patient’s anatomy. This technology provides the most efficient and predictable outcomes.
Records and planning usually take 2-4 weeks prior to procedure. The day of the procedure the patient walks out of the office with a new smile after 2-4 hours.
The term “Speedy Bridge®” refers to the accelerated ability to convert a debilitated, unattractive smile into a beautiful, healthy one. “Speedy” is because of the rapid results of treatment using the leading technology available. Speedy Bridge® is the replacement of all teeth using four dental implants which supports the bridge on one jaw. The back implants are tilted at 45° to provide the required support for the teeth. This also helps overcome bone deficiencies often found in the back of the jaw and for most avoids bone grafting.
Why Balle & Associates?
• Many people treated successfully by us were told previously they were not suitable for implants.
• We use the most experienced surgeons and computer guided technology for placing implants, which provides the patients with the most safe and predictable outcomes.
• Our system allows for a trial Speedy Bridge® to work out the speech, smile, and bite comfort before completing the final Speedy Bridge® with Zirconia®.
• Unlike other clinics your bridge is prefabricated before the procedure — minimizing the patient’s time in the procedure and ensuring the patient walks out the same day with teeth attached.
• We offer affordable financing options and accept most dental insurances.
I’ve let my teeth go. Have I missed the boat to be able to have a beautiful smile?
To date we are proud to say we have never turned anyone away. The best answer is that our best After’s come from the worst Before’s.
Am I asleep for the procedure?
Our approach is to ensure that the treatment is as pain-free as possible and that you are relaxed. In most cases the treatment is performed under general anesthesia or conscious IV sedation where you are completely asleep. If you have special needs or request, be sure to raise them at your consultation.
I cannot bite into an apple. Will this change with the Speedy Bridge?
Absolutely, this is the aim of treatment. You will smile and function with confidence.
Will I ever be without teeth?
The answer is no, you will never leave the office without teeth. The day of the procedure the patient walks out of the office with a new smile after 2-4 hours.
How is it Done?
Once planning and preparation are completed, your surgical appointment is made. At the time of surgery, you are asleep and your mouth is numbed. Utilizing a computer aided 3D surgical guide, infected teeth are removed and bone is shaped.
A second 3D guide is also placed to orient the implants based on the computer plan to guide the implants into their exact position.
Once implants are secured, connectors (abutments) are placed and the bridge is fitted. You walk out after waking up with a set of teeth (trial bridge) attached to your jaws.
With the trial bridge in place you heal and adapt to your new teeth. While you are adapting we make minor adjustments and continue to evaluate your progress for a few months.
The trial bridge is used as a blueprint to give the doctor and patient the ability to determine aesthetics, correct any speech limitations, and ensure the bite is comfortable. We have found that doing a trial bridge allows adequate time for the new teeth to adapt and conform to the patient.
Once all tooth sockets are closed and the gums are completely healed we make a new bridge made of the hardest porcelain (Zirconia®) to replace the trial bridge. This material has the luster of natural teeth, is stain resistant and stronger than nature.
The Zirconia final bridge is intimately adapted after proper healing time and minimizes food trapping between bridge and gums.
